Would recommend booking before, as it is a very lively and popular place that is cheap, but my food came cold. 3/5
Our first visit to the o2 harvesting machine and it will be our last. with two performances on one day, I believe that the manager should know how busy it should be. Upon arrival, many people were told that the online booking services were not available and the wait was 45 minutes.... we arrived at 5.30 for a 6.00 clock booking... we were told that there was no rotisserie chicken. No mushrooms or tomatoes... we ordered two fish and chips and two salmon dinners.... no appetizers were ordered... we waited 50 minutes for our dinner, which when it was served, was boiled over, it was unusable. We made our waitress aware of how unsatisfied we were and she was very polite and professional and offered us a dessert. Unfortunately, due to the long time we had to wait for a main course, we had no time to eat a dessert when the show started immediately at 7.30. The whole experience was a mess and I am so disappointed that it was a gift for my mother who celebrated her 70th birthday. She is a diabetic and we chose the harvester from all the foods within 02, as we thought it would be the safest option for her requirements.... it was really embarrassing for me and my husband. I wouldn't recommend this place for an appetizer. The bar had also escaped from beer.
Not a professional restaurant when they call at 14.50 to advise that they've had a problem in their kitchen all day, waiting on an engineer since 11am and unable to guarantee your booking at 17.15! We booked the table as we were at the O2 arena to see Michael Buble. Thank god for Cafe Rouge!
