Bidra med feedbackWe had made a reservation and arrived promptly, only to be seated at a less desirable table. When we requested a different table, the waiter was unhelpful and impolite. It was disappointing to see many nicer tables available that were left empty while we were stuck at our initial spot.
When we arrived, the waiter said that we had no booking, although we show him the confirmation emails and texts from OpenTable. He said he checked at 4:00, and our name wasn't on the list, so we couldn't have a table because they were not excused, just a bad attitude, completely booked. A very disappointing experience for our Preshow dinner, which we had booked about 5 days in advance. We won't book here again.
I had made a reservation and arrived promptly. However, I noticed that other patrons without reservations were seated at better tables. When we were shown to a less desirable table, we politely asked to change, but the waiter was impolite and unhelpful. Despite there being plenty of nicer tables available, our request was not accommodated.
Upon our arrival, the waiter informed us that we did not have a reservation, even though we showed him confirmation emails and texts from OpenTable. He claimed to have checked at 4pm and our name was not on the list, therefore we could not be seated as they were fully booked. There was no apology, just a poor attitude. It was a very disappointing experience for our pre-show dinner, which we had booked almost a week in advance. We will not be making another reservation at this restaurant.
Good food at a reasonable price.
