They always add extra ingredients to my sandwiches or wraps without me asking for them.

I ordered a 6-inch steak and cheese sandwich, but it turned out to be only 4 inches and they didn't include the toppings I requested—it was just steak and cheese. This is the second time this week that something like this has happened. I'm not sure if it's due to new employees, but in the past, this location has always done a great job.

I found three stems in my sandwich from the peppers included in it. It wasn't pleasant to take a bite and feel like I was biting into a chicken bone.
