I visited this restaurant on August 26. The service was appalling, we waited 30 minutes. We were told the restaurant was full. Although there were about 8 people in the restaurant altogether. Beer and mixed drinks are not worth mentioning. I do not recommend visiting this establishment. Service: Dine in

On July 27, 2023, we visited the U Karla lV restaurant. mainly because they had homemade blueberry dumplings on offer. Unfortunately, they no longer had dumplings, so we ate from the restaurant's menu. After ordering kofola, we found the granddaughter in the drink vlas, with great effort the drink was replaced with the granddaughter combing her hair at the table. I have to admit that I had the fried cheese, which really can't go wrong, but the tater tots weren't good either. The granddaughter had a tomato sauce with a dumpling that tasted like ketchup. The pork patties were dry and tough. In the end we couldn't pay by card, so we paid in cash and the daughter probably left the payment card lying on the counter. When we found out the next day and I called the restaurant to see if we had forgotten the card there, the manager told us that he was not in the establishment and would call me back in 15 minutes. After an hour I called again and the call was rejected a couple of times, then I called from another number and the manager blocked all the numbers I called him regarding our payment card, so I have never encountered this before. We already know that to Lokte to Karl IV. we will never go again The food does not correspond to the prices, the staff is unwilling and most of all impolite.
