Domino's Pizza - Logan

My family likes domino's if we are ordering pizza at home. It is my husbands favorite. Says the sauce it not acidic like most.

Whoever made this pizza, I'm taking it as a formal engagement gift cause we're getting married.

I received an order with uncooked dough, which was a result of their earlier mistake. This location has been a real disappointment, and I won't be coming back. I doubt the northern location is any better since it’s likely run by the same franchise. The last time I had an issue, I had to escalate it to corporate, and nothing changed. It’s unfortunate to see Domino's fall to such low standards again. It's hard to believe they could mess up a remake even weeks later.

The pizza is consistently fresh and delicious; however, the customer service could use some improvement. I understand that Friday nights can be hectic, but despite having several employees on duty, none of them acknowledged the customers waiting for assistance. I don't mind waiting, but a simple "We’ll be right with you" would have been appreciated. The employee who assisted me with my transaction appeared to be annoyed at having to serve the line.

I discovered some TikTok coupons, but the manager refused to honor them, insisting that they had to be used online. If he had been able to assist me with my order, I would have been much happier. Instead, I ended up having him cancel my order so I could place it myself online. I'm sure he could have leveraged his authority as a manager to accommodate me, but instead, he earned a negative review.
