Domino's Pizza - Logan

Whoever made this pizza, I'm taking it as a formal engagement gift cause we're getting married.

I received an order with uncooked dough, which was a result of their earlier mistake. This location has been a real disappointment, and I won't be coming back. I doubt the northern location is any better since it’s likely run by the same franchise. The last time I had an issue, I had to escalate it to corporate, and nothing changed. It’s unfortunate to see Domino's fall to such low standards again. It's hard to believe they could mess up a remake even weeks later.

The pizza here is consistently fresh and delicious, but there's definitely room for improvement in the customer service. I understand that Friday nights can get busy, but even with several staff members on duty, none of them seemed to acknowledge the customers waiting for help. I don’t mind waiting, but it would have been nice to hear a simple "We’ll be right with you." The employee who helped me with my order seemed a bit irritated about having to serve the line.

I found some TikTok coupons, but the manager wouldn't accept them, insisting they could only be used online. If he had helped me with my order, I would have been much more satisfied. Instead, I had to have him cancel my order so I could place it myself online. I'm sure he could have used his position as a manager to accommodate me, but instead, he ended up with a negative review from me.

My family enjoys ordering from Domino's when we have pizza at home. It's my husband's favorite because he says their sauce isn't as acidic as most other places.
