When some friends tried to defend me, they faced similar disrespect from her. I ultimately had to block her to stop her from commenting on my page, but others engaged with her and experienced the same negativity. It's astonishing to me that she couldn't accept that I can feel comfortable in my own skin, regardless of my weight. Additionally, as a business that sells food that isn't exactly healthy, it seems troubling that she would judge customers based on their appearance. Does this mean she views everyone through a critical lens regarding their weight? She came to my page uninvited and left those comments herself. Following that incident, she even argued with a friend of mine and made homophobic remarks. I find it hard to understand how someone representing a business could utter such comments. Personally, I would feel very uncomfortable dining at a restaurant where an employee acts judgmentally towards patrons due to their weight. It’s definitely not a place I would want to spend my money. I also have screenshots of her comments, should she attempt to delete them or deny what she said.

This is the best BBQ I’ve had in California! The ribs and brisket were simply outstanding. We chose beans and mac ’n cheese as our sides, and I can honestly say those are the best beans I've ever tasted—slightly spicy and smoky. The mac and cheese was a big hit with our three-year-olds (and me too!). They couldn't get enough of the brisket. Everything was really well done! My husband picked up the order after placing it ahead of time, and he said the owners were very friendly. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

We visited A's for the first time this Labor Day weekend and decided to try one of their holiday specials. We were absolutely delighted with our meal! I particularly loved the brisket, which had an incredibly rich smoky flavor, but my husband argued that the ribs, which were literally falling off the bone, were the best choice. Although we couldn't agree on a clear winner, we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our meal, which also included juicy spatchcock chicken and some wonderfully spicy beans and slaw. The high quality of the food was matched by the excellent service; our meal was ready for us upon arrival, well-packaged and perfect for taking home. We will definitely be returning to A's in the future!

Wow!!! Phenomenal bbq!!! Great, friendly service. Ordered the Labor Day pack and had enough food for several meals. The best brisket and ribs that we have had in a long time! This place is a hidden gem!!!
