Dairy Queen (treat) - Lizella

I was waiting for the second part of my order when the owner came out of the office wearing casual shorts and started preparing food without washing his hands. When I asked him to wash his hands, he loudly insisted that he had just washed them and even suggested that I smell them! He went on to argue that none of his employees were wearing gloves and that he was only handling the cup. He only offered to refund half of my order and refused to do anything about the rest. It's unacceptable to receive such poor customer service, especially from the owner. No one wants to be spoken down to when spending their money. I ended up calling the police. He bragged about having refused refunds countless times and claimed he would do it again. It’s unbelievable to be offended for being asked to wash hands before serving food. The service was terrible and I will never return!

My daughter and I enjoyed some slushies—she had hers by the pool, and I opted for mango. They were delicious and refreshing on such a hot day. We had a great time!

It's a wonderful place to enjoy ice cream and meals with the family, and the customer service is excellent. The ice cream is rich and full of flavor, while the food is delicious. They also have a great drink menu that includes slushies for hot days and refreshing moolates. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Today was the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant thanks to all of the staff. I never write reviews because I never have a good or bad enough experience to warrant one. There may have been 3 or even 4 people helping my kids and I figureout what the best option would be when deciding what we wanted to eat and the cost of it all. I was really surprised how muchthey cared to help and that it was a group effort. One lady even offered to put the blizzards in the freezer while my kidsfinished eating their burgers. There was another lady who was cleaning tables and doors and friendly while doing it. I rarelysee anyone cleaning so that was also a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Of course the food wasgood too but honestly I'd go to this one again just for the staff.

I am absolutely obsessed with the strawberry milkshake here. It is definitely the best out of the fast food restaurants. It's super creamy, well mixed and easy to drink. I've gone a few days in a row(this week) craving the milkshakes. Their food ispretty good but that milkshake keeps me coming back! The soft serve ice cream is just as good. Better than the chick fil amilkshakes and know I LOVE them!!
