In the delicious rione of the Ardenza near the historic Baracchina Rossa, a pleasant surprise.....a Chef of sure talent Yesterday evening to dinner with friends from Ciglieri of Bernardo Bastiani the young Chef mentioned among the bets of 2022 by Luca Managlia signed Identità Golose . It welcomes us a pleasant environment with a few well-furnished tables, furnished with taste and elegance. Beautiful clientele, pleasant atmosphere you breathe. After an inviting bouche amuse and a glass of bubbles of Valdobbiadene, the taste path begins. Simple but intriguing dishes, safe technique, great balance between flavors, consistencies and contrasts, maximum respect for the excellent raw materials used. A fresh, delicate but at the same time powerful and full of flavor.
