Louie - Livonia

I stopped here at 11, because it was right near the movie theater for my 1150 movie. The place was dead, like literally only 3 people there so it was perfect to order chicken wings, then hit the movie. My order was in before 11:10 yet I did not get myfood for about 25 to 30 minutes. I had to try and eat in the car because of the long wait.

I waited for over an hour for a takeout order of a burger and fries at Bar Louie. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait for 10 minutes before the bartender checked on my order with the kitchen. After 30+ minutes, my food was finally ready. It seemed like they may have forgotten about my order, and I was surprised at the long wait on a slow Wednesday night. The lack of an apology or any acknowledgment from the employees made the situation even worse. Mistakes happen, but it's important to take responsibility and communicate with customers. I was disappointed with the service and won't be returning to Bar Louie in the future.

Came in on Thursday night and initially had to wait for a server to come over. Once Meghann took over our table everything was great. Our drinks were never empty and and she was very sweet. We had a great night and would come back again!

I am consistently impressed with the service, food, drinks, and overall atmosphere of this Bar Louis. Located in a mall, I am always pleasantly surprised by how well attended it is and usually full of friendly faces. The food is good (I recommend the chicken nachos) and the drinks are really good. The service is fantastic. Last night, we had a lovely young lady waiting on our table and she did a great job. Additionally, the manager stopped by our table a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed. I will definitely make it a point to visit here more often. They also have great happy hour specials too!

Christian is the best bartender I have ever encountered! He is attentive, energetic, and made my experience amazing. He provides speedy service and knows how to make excellent drinks. I would definitely hire him for a bartending job. He has gained a new regular customer in me!
