Ihop - Livonia

Very disappointed in this ihop this was my favorite place to get breakfast, I especially loved the drench mother and chalk pancake. but when I found out that they took them out of the menu and would not be available anymore, I just stayed there. I don't know if all ihops stop serving them because as I said, this place was my favorite hop from all the others I was and I was too many. I'm so sorry that something has taken away so well and replaced it with protein pancakes. not everyone wants protein pancakes I believe that if something does not break, then don’t fix it! period! I am so!

I just left IHOPin Livonia. The food was ok i literally got rained on in the booth as my family and I ate dinner. I staff acted as it was not big deal no one asked if i needed a towel just did the food get wet. The Manager on staff didnt want to give me her name but finally said Angela M. She was none caring as if i poured the water from the roof onto myself. The waitstaff said oh just find somewhere else to sit as my family and i fled the booth. I will never visit your restaurant again mot because of the leaky roof but because of treatment i received. I will also be filing a complaint with the district or HQ.

Husband and I had lunch, our waitress's name was Alexus. Our service was extremely poor. She had a nasty attitude, my husband's order was wrong. When he informed her she immediately got an attitude. Wait staff need to truly understand that they are human and make mistakes. Not a pleased customer! We often dine here but seriously considering going to another IHOP!!

Still sitting in my car waiting on my curbside pickup. The posted sign says 15 minutes parking only,but your order takes 20 to 30 minutes to arrive once they tell you your order it's on the way out. Lies

I absolutely recommend this business. They have a wide variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared at all times of the day. I usually do take out and the food I always ready when I arrive. They have a young wait staff that are very respectful, and each time it come, I can tell the staff are better and better. My take out always has utensils and all the extras.
