It's a dump! Bathrooms NASTY, owner attitude worse. Very unsafe with trian that goes by every 30 minutes blaring horn so trucker who MUST do 10 hour reset gets zero sleep

This place is a dump. We came in big rig but could not sleep due to trains going by every 30 minutes and blaring horn 5 times at each pass. The bathrooms were filthy with rotted sink faucet, only one bulb in strip of 5. Tried to use bathroom however knees hit door (men's room unusable by son as he could not even fit). Waited at register 5 minutes without seeing any employees and gave up. Wrote review for Google with pictures and owners sent 3 different NASTY responses. Last said work order put in for sink (completely rotted with holes clearly like that for YEARS) and replaced missing bulbs. It took my review with pictures to get them to address issues to business they bought over 5 years ago. Locked our truck as we felt very unsafe and left as soon as reset over. DO NOT GO HERE. An absolute dump. Should have read truck reviews, not google

Parking is hard to maneuver for semi truck just more of. Hole in the wall stop

Used Mudflap app for our discount on fuel...the cashier could not figure out how to get the discount and refused to call Mudflap support for help ...had to call ourselves ....spent 49 minutes trying to help HIM do his job...will NEVER fuel here again.. service is HORRIBLE...and it smelled like grandma's house BEWARE truckers the only thing the cashier could say was f ing app...f ing app..talk about unprofessional...

Came in a big rig. There is plenty of parking but if you want to sleep it won't happen as major railway within 500 feet or so and goes by every 30 minutes and yes, blowing the horn. Wanted to use bathroom. Women's room was FILTHY. Adult son used men's room and said you cannot even sit on toilet it is so small and sink moved on wall when he tried to use to wash hands. They said there are showers on phone when called but after seeing bathroom there was NO WAY we were gonna shower here plus did not appear to have them. Aisles in store cramped and likely not accessible if in wheelchair. Wanted to buysomething but after a 5 minute wait at register gave up. Kept all the doors locked. DO NOT COME HERE. Did not feel safe and place is just nasty. If we could give zero we would. Sink faucet completely rotted with holes. The light had space for 5 bulbs bit only 1 used. Owners sent nasty 2nd reply to my HONEST review suggesting I stay at town dump......you mean this wasn't it? You have changed it 3 times each as nasty as your business. We ALWAYS try to support local business which is why we decided to come here. What a mistake. YOU have made us decide to ONLY go to large corporate owned truck stops as this family run business is just NASTY!!!! I was nice and didn't include pictures but here ya go. You should have just left original comment of sorry it was not what expected. And this may have been in business since 1955 but you are not original owners since your comment of owning 5 years.
