Bidra med feedbackIts the best place to have indian food and i love the way they treat their customers. I am very happy with their customer service. I visit that place with my family and i have seen some customers who are drunk and come with their family and treat the staff like slaves which is not acceptable.
Best service, delicious food, great service. Best indian restaurantin Liverpool
Good food nd service i really appreciate Thanks guys
Top notch quality curries meat very tender no gristle etc and great flavours prices a lil step even for takeaway and Liverpool but worth the lil extra, we use to travel to near Campbelltown to get similar quality but even ordered through delivery food apps and still great, i usually just order to be delivered, allow 1hr min. Though but worth it. I order the Beef madras medium and the butter chicken is great also not too sweet.
A TASTE OF INDIA<br/ <br/ After having an issue with a previous Indian restaurant (my review of previous restaurant is on Zomato), I googled Indian restaurants and came across this restaurant.<br/ <br/ I placed an order online via MenuLog. The entire Menu on MenuLog was pretty accurate.<br/ <br/ Pros Cons<br/ <br/ Cons<br/ <br/ First Con On MenuLog you can nominate the time you wish for your food to arrive. Now I must admit I am unsure of whether these are default times provided by MenuLog or by the restaurant itself. The top two options were deliver ASAP or 7.25pm. I nominated ASAP so I can have my food in time for dinner. As it was my first time ordering from this restaurant, I decided to call them and ask them about delivery times. I ordered the food at approx. 6.45pm. A lovely gentleman picked up the call and I asked him about delivery times, his response was that it usually takes approx. 1hr for delivery. The food literally arrived at just before 7.40pm. This means if I nominated 7.25pm delivery time, my food would have been late. Would this meal been for free?<br/ <br/ Second Con is that in my opinion, the food is really expensive especially that it is takeaway and I am excluding delivery fee. I did compare prices with 3 Indian restaurants and they were within 50c of each other. It is much cheaper to buy Chinese or Thai. If the meals were purchased to dine in at the restaurant and were served on proper dining plates and cutlery, then I would have said ok I understand however if the food is being served in a takeaway container, then I don’t believe the prices suit it. The restaurant did not even provide cutlery which unlike some of the Thai restaurants I’ve ordered from, do provide plastic cutlery.<br/ <br/ Third Con – one of the curries was slightly spilt. Perhaps fast driving to meeting delivery times? or cheap containers that don’t close properly?<br/ <br/ Pro’s<br/ <br/ I haven’t had much of the Indian cuisine, I can probably count the restaurants I’ve dined at on one hand only, however the food smelt terrific and tasted even better. I like that you were given the option of having the curries mild, medium and hot spicy.<br/ <br/ The butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and prawn vindaloo were all very delicious. The Garlic naan was a great addition also.<br/ <br/ Overall a great ‘takeaway’ dining experience. Would I order again, honestly due to the price, I would say I would avoid not this restaurant, however the cuisine itself. Thai is much cheaper. Unless if I really crave Indian then perhaps I would consider having Indian cuisine.
