Kfc - Liverpool

Two or three times a year we decide to get KFC, and this is the nearest store to our home. But every time we go there we are disappointed. Today one of our pieces of Extra Crispy was definitely Original Recipe. The two pieces that were Extra Crispy (asordered) were terribly dry, we presume overcooked. We had to repeat our order after they had already taken it from us via thedrive-thru kiosk, which was more amusing than irritating. But the sign said a #3 is supposed to be $8.99, and since there is 8%sales tax here I knew it would fit in a $10 bill, so I was taken aback when they told me the total was over $10. We had to beinsistent to get the right price, and they seemed very confused. We're DONE with this store! From now on we go to the nextclosest store, which I think is owned by a different franchisee. If Colonel Sanders came back to life and visited this one, Ithink he'd have a heart attack.

Doing doordash, both orders are supposed to be ready before 8pm. It's now after 8pm, and the order is almost done at 8:10. Horribly slow service here. Cutting into my schedule, and deliveries being on time.

I waited 10 minutes for service at this restaurant and had difficulty communicating with the employees. My food order was incorrect and I was charged incorrectly. It took an additional 20 minutes to receive the correct order. Overall, my experience at this location was terrible and I believe other restaurants in the area could provide better service. As an update on 11/29, I found that this franchise does not honor sales or coupons at their discretion. When I addressed this issue with an employee, they responded rudely. Additionally, employees seem to have difficulty understanding the menu and completing orders. When questioning why this store consistently has issues, I was told not to return.

The food was tasty overall, but we were disappointed that they didn't provide any gravy for our mashed potatoes.

The food was delicious as always. However, we experienced a long wait time. Not sure if they were short-staffed, but hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.
