The chicken sandwiches were perfectly cooked, boasting a delightful blend of juicy and crispy goodness that made every bite a delight. The accompanying potatoes were a tasty and satisfying side, adding to the overall deliciousness of the meal.One standout element was the temperature of the food; it was hot and fresh, adding to the enjoyment of the meal. The precision in fulfilling the order was remarkable it was exactly as requested, demonstrating great attention to detail.The efficiency of the drive through operation was truly impressive. Despite the long line, the lanes moved swiftly, and from placing my order to receiving it, only about 5 minutes passed. This exceptional speed showcased their dedication to providing a seamless and efficient customer experience.This Chick fil A location stood out as the best I've visited, primarily due to the wonderful staff. The employees were incredibly friendly, adding a welcoming and pleasant touch to the entire visit. Overall, my visit to Chick fil A was a stellar experience, making it a top choice for delicious food and outstanding service.
My Daughter and I loves going there, the best, the people and extremely curious and friendly, and best of all, the food is great.
I mobile ordered ahead for the new caramel shake and a gallon of lemonade. We waited a MINIMUM of 25 minutes and was told they ran out of lemonade and I said then please give me a refund.They had us pull forward to wait.They then came back and said they do have lemonade. Finally we get our order.The milkshake was a vanilla milkshake, the lemonade was warm and awful.I am at this location at least twice a week and I am disappointed in having the wait time, the wrong shake and then if you miraculously have lemonade after you said you ran out, it was awful. Sorry this was an epic fail.
I had the best end to my day at this restaurant. The food was good, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by the young man who served me. His smile and manners brightened my day, especially after a tough day at work. I will definitely be returning to this Chick-fil-A because of the excellent service I received. I hope that every visit will be just as wonderful. I wanted to make sure the managers knew it was Monday, September 18th, around 5pm. Please extend my thanks to Stephanie, and I regret not getting the name of the young man at the drive-through.
Last night, we picked up our order through the mobile app and my sandwich was missing. Since it was already late, I didn't want to drive back to the restaurant so I tried calling instead. After attempting to call for thirty minutes with no answer, I was instructed to leave a message for a manager to return my call. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I am very disappointed with this experience as it is not typical of the usual service standards of this company. The prices are not low and not being able to receive a refund or credit left me unsatisfied.
