Costa Coffee Old Swan - Liverpool

The staff was very friendly and courteous, the coffee was good, and there were plenty of seats available. The prices can be a bit high, but that's to be expected with a chain like Costa.

Of the four Costa Coffee shops located within half a mile of each other, this particular shop stands out as a good option. It is conveniently located on a large retail park, making parking easy. However, due to its busy location, the shop itself is surprisingly small, making finding seating a bit challenging. While there are outdoor seating options, winter weather may not make it ideal. The drinks are delicious as always, and the food is also enjoyable, though slightly overpriced. The staff is friendly and the service is surprisingly fast, given the high level of activity in the shop.

I want to express my gratitude to the kind lady and the staff at this restaurant for keeping my lost items safe and returning them to me. Their honesty and exceptional service deserve my heartfelt thanks. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond were truly appreciated.

I go in a lot and always enjoy. Today I came with my 2 year old daughter who do them for pudding as small children and the barista nikki over an advertising man for my daughter even check to make sure that it was vegan first when I bought something vegan myself. to do this kind, thank you.

Used to have really friendly staff but the last few visits Iv had moody staff serve me at the till. Shouting, what!!! Cos she couldn’t hear my order. Giving attitude the way she talks whilst serving, no customer service skills at all. Manager needs to rethink who they employ or train them in customer service skills. I don’t think the mystery shoppers would be happy with the service in this store that’s for sure!
