Large, delicious menu eith specialty items as well as typical fare. Quiet, attractive ambience with attentive service. The honey walnut prawn salad was delicious, light and perfect for lunch.

As always this place has the best food and service I've ever had. We got the Din Sum platter and fried calamari. I've never had better! The only thing I didn't like was the girl who brought our food not our server) was not gracious at all. She left the table as I was trying to thank her and clearly didn't want to engage in a conversation. I would suggest additional training for those that approach customers. I would suggest a simple enjoy your meal or bon-a-petite would be good and asking if we can get you something else? This is our favorite restaurant of all time and I would expect no less. Even the bus boy was friendly. It came as quite a surprise with Uncle Yu's un parallel standards. This said it's the best restaurant I've ever experienced. No complaints. Just a friendly suggestion.

The food was excellent (fresh and very tasty). The service was not very good and the hostess needs to put some clothes on and wear less perfume. Everyone she walked by our table the stench of her perfume made me want to puke.

Very impressive restaurant, complete with the very best Chinese food I've ever enjoyed. The wait staff was also excellent with a vast knowledge of the food and wine. Attractive surroundings inside and in a nice Livermore downtown location.

The food was absolutely outstanding! All four of us enjoyed it. Two of us are vegan, and there were plenty of vegan options that were extremely tasty . We asked for seating outside, hoping it would be quieter out there, but the music was extremely annoying. It had a heavy bass beat and was electronic music that was way too loud for us and it was difficult for us to talk. I let the server know and asked him to turn it down, which he did. That brought it down to a tolerable, but still annoying level. if they are going to play music at all, it should be at a very low volume and music that is mellow and pleasant.
