Loards Ice Cream - Livermore

Family-type place with old school vibe, chincy little statuettes, and decent ice cream.

I grew up in Livermore and Loard's Ice Cream was a treat that my parents started with me and my two brothers. So many great memories I have going with my whole family. I always loved the little tables, the sweet smell when you walk in, and the delicious sundaes that Loard's offers. My favorite is the Peter Pan, my dad's was the Tin Roof, I can't remember what my brothers were or my mom's. If you get a chance to visit Loard's you will fall in love with the atmosphere and

Nice old fashion simple ice cream shop. Has lots of flavors. Wish they either had bathrooms or could recommend where outside to find one. The downtown area seems to be short on bathrooms.

They gave me the best root beer float and ice cream ever. But on the downside there prices were high. and it was bussing bussing. ^ ^

Lovely ice cream shop in Livermore to satisfy your sweet tooth on a hot summer day! They do also serve boba but unfortunately the boba was ready when I went. The pistachio ice cream is pretty good but a lot of actual pistachios in it!
