Hardee’s - Live Oak

No one in the place. Took 15 minutes 1 Burger. There was a black lady screaming about her paycheck at the counter. Then demanding a certain kind of cup. she was barking orders at them. I'm sure that's why it took 15 minutes to get one Burger. Atmosphere was so bad. Didn't trust what they would do to the food.When I finally got the burger I gave it to the homeless man under the bridge. I like Hardee's. However never again this store.

I can’t really come in on the food since they wouldn’t take my order. I was there half an hour after the posted opening time but I got an automated message that they were closed at the drive-through. So maybe either change your opening time or or hire something other than trash to work there that will actually do their

The Mushroom burger is great, but I do miss the onion

I had seen quite a few commercials showcasing the Double Burgers and wanted to try one.I ordered the Double BBQ Bacon Cheese to go.The wait was shorter than I expected.The food temperature was great. Sadly, there was no taste. I expected a char taste that makes their burgers so good. The only flavor was when I got a bite that had a dab of BBQ sauce. Even the bacon did not add any flavor.On a more positive side, the service was great, and the restaurant was very clean.
