Bidra med feedbackEven though it's a chain, I believe that the service sets each chain apart. Our waiter was Jason. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. He checked on us to make sure the meals were up to par. The French fry requests were quick and came back hot and fresh
Brittanie was giveing me and my friends terrible service and we were here for 1:30 minutes we get our food and it was horrible I don't suggest coming here and it took for ever to get our money
This is a review about the manager. I usually grab take out from here. The young ladies. Who took my order were great! One of them was so polite and was helping (what appeared to be a newer staff member). Sometimes youngsters get a bad rap but there gals were on it. I also witnessed how one of them handle a disabled customer and her partner. Her verbiage and care were top notch and I was again so impressed by her!!! While I waited I used the women 's restroom. The stall floors looked disgusting. The best part was the 'men 's room ' toilet scrubber/holder in there. It was so incredibly filthy! If the container was that dirty, how dirty is the scrubber? The corner and wall were.....well I 'll leave that to your imagination. I asked to speak with the manager. She came out and asked what the issue was. I made sure to tell her how wonderful her front of the house staff was because I think it 's important to share when the staff does a great job because you know everybody hears when they do a shitty job. I quietly asked her if she had been into the women 's restroom recently, she said no when I brought my concerns to her attention. She literally turned to the young ladies and pointed at them and said well that 's their job! I was appalled. As a leader the fact that she pointed at them and said well it 's their job. I hated explaining that the dirty container wasn 't because one person didn 't clean it. It really pissed me off more than a dirty bathroom. We exchanged a few more sentences and she said she would go take a look at it. Food was fine like always service was great. The manager wasn 't someone I would want to run my store. She certainly didn 't treat her staff very well in my opinion.
I have been coming to this location since I was a little kid almost 26 years). And this place has changed for the good! The food is outstanding, and service is absolutely astonishing, and it's very clean! The new manager has really done an amazing job making sure this is an amazing eating establishment. We will be coming to this location more often now!
Wouldn 't serve alcohol to an out of state ID and claimed it was because it was a boating license ??????? Tried explaining that it was a NORMAL ID ? and the manager still wouldn 't take it. So odd and unprofessional you would think franchises have trained their employees on what an ID looks like if they 're gonna be serving alcohol. Or at least hired people with enough brain cells to tell a boating license from a real license?
