Her choice of words and the care she showed were impressive, and I was truly taken aback by her professionalism! While I was waiting, I used the women's restroom, and unfortunately, I found the stall floors to be quite dirty. To make matters worse, the toilet scrubber holder from the men's room was incredibly filthy. If the holder was that dirty, I couldn't help but wonder about the condition of the scrubber itself. The corner and wall were in a state that’s better left to the imagination. I requested to speak with the manager to bring this to her attention. When she approached, I made sure to commend her front-of-house staff for their outstanding service, as it's important to acknowledge when employees do well, especially since people tend to focus on negative feedback. I discreetly asked her if she had visited the women's restroom recently; she said no, and when I raised my concerns, she merely turned to the young ladies and said, “well, that’s their job!” I was taken aback by her lack of accountability as a leader. I found it frustrating to explain that the dirty condition of the restroom wasn't solely the fault of one person. This response bothered me even more than the dirty bathroom itself. We exchanged a few more comments, and she assured me she would go take a look at it. As for the food, it was fine as always, and the service was great. However, I wouldn’t want someone like her managing my establishment, as I didn’t feel she treated her staff very well.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Brittanie provided very poor service during our visit, which lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. When our food finally arrived, it was terrible. I wouldn't recommend coming here, and it took a long time to settle the bill as well.
Although it's a chain restaurant, I think the service is what truly differentiates each one. Our server, Jason, was exceptional. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He frequently checked in to ensure our meals met our expectations. When we requested extra French fries, they arrived quickly and were hot and fresh.
I have been coming to this location since I was a little kid almost 26 years). And this place has changed for the good! The food is outstanding, and service is absolutely astonishing, and it's very clean! The new manager has really done an amazing job making sure this is an amazing eating establishment. We will be coming to this location more often now!
Wouldn 't serve alcohol to an out of state ID and claimed it was because it was a boating license ??????? Tried explaining that it was a NORMAL ID ? and the manager still wouldn 't take it. So odd and unprofessional you would think franchises have trained their employees on what an ID looks like if they 're gonna be serving alcohol. Or at least hired people with enough brain cells to tell a boating license from a real license?
