Bidra med feedbackI honestly don't say why I'm back to this place except it's close. I had some of the worst experiences here. I will give two games from the last week (my last week here to be a customer): a few days ago I put a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich and a drink. After I picked them up, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I went in to correct the problem and listen to someone in the running gear, also get a wrong order and was followed inside by a third customer with a wrong order. Unfortunately, none of us had the breakfast. remember how this was so messed up and also thought about the fact that employees and managers do not fall over their own to apologize for the colossal snail. Today I used my mobile code before I submit a job for a drink. After I was previously burned by the app, I made sure it was paid with a linked card. the cashier chased me in the pick-up window to tell me I didn't pay. I showed her the app correctly set with everything and gave her the same 4-digit code again. she came back and still wanted me to pay. I told them to keep the drink. that's the last chance I give them. there is still another location on broadway that has never probleme and seems to know how to use the mobile app.
Actually one of the best tasting McDonald's. Surprised me to say the least. Actually tasted fresh. Most experiences at McDonald's are very fresh tasting. So props to this location for fresh fast food.
Kiosk service only inside. Can be confusing. It is what it is. I'm sure the workers left will be replaced by AI soon too. Enjoy your $15.00 an hour
Terrible customer service and they got our order wrong. Definitely will not be coming back. If I could give them no stars I would.
It's McDonalds the only thing that had changedis the service sucks now
