Jimmy's Big Burgers - Little Elm

Food was terrible. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger it had zero flavor the burger was super dry! The onion rings were rings of fried dough; it was bad.

This restaurant location is not halal So for all Muslims be careful.

Walked in at 12pm and it was only myself and one other customer. Waited 30min for my food which was a little irritating, but oh well. I ordered a Cheesburger with fries. The Cheesburger was pretty decent and the fries were hot and seasoned well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

We eat at this location a lot. But tonight our food was completely cold. Cold fries cold burger. When we ask was food sitting in window it’s cold waitress said yes. I asked well it’s cold she said she was busy helping other tables. She offered to heat it but we had already waited a while and I don’t like microwaving burgers or fries. She never said sorry but continues to say she was busy with other tables. So we get cold food? We paid full price for everything. So that tells me she didn’t care. Won’t go back anymore. Update 11/2/23 Came back and food was great nice and hot! Waitress super sweet. Must of been a bad night last time. But it’s great tonight.

Great food and great service!! I ordered the Jimmy Big Burger with fries. Also, ordered kids nuggets with fries and added onion rings!!
