Jack In The Box - Litchfield

I got an ultimate bft sandwich, the croissant was brick hard the egg was off completely. Not edible at all. Oreo shake was not mixed and had to remind them we ordered it. I watched her make it, the a teaspoon of oreo, fulled it with ice cream and handed it to me. Poor service and food. Service: 2

Horrible. Employee kept eating food from the line...while bagging played food. He kept touching his hair and wiping the grease onto his clothes while dealing with customers food. Disgusting!

Was in the mood for a Supreme Crossiant and waited a while to even place my order. Then, I stated just wanted the sandwich a hash brown, not a combo. They charged me for a combo meal, and I even stated I didn't want a drink, just the sandwich a hash browns. Next, I'm not sure when they stopped using a real Crossiant for the Supreme breakfast sandwich. Not quite the same with this new bread they used. It's supposed to have bacon on it, and it barely had one piece. Jack in The Box need to rethink a few recipes that they changed, not my favorite place anymore. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
