So sloooooow. This place doesn’t have their act together. They manage time worse than the Bears.

Ordered a pizza for a party and never had it delivered...

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Ordered a pizza online. Went to pick it up 10 minutes after it was due to be ready. Clerk states they never made it and asks me to wait 10 more minutes. I go to car for 10+ minutes and return. Clerk says somebody must have forgotten to make it again. He asks for 10 more minutes. I politely say that in 10 minutes I would either like a pizza or a refund. I return 10+ minutes later. Clerk checks the back like he thinks my order is there and then returns and provides me a refund. I wouldn't believe this story if I didn't experience it. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift as a police officer and still had my uniform shirt on. I'm pretty sure they didn't accidentally screw up a simple order 4 times. If they discriminate against a profession, God only knows what else they might discriminate against. Get your pizza somewhere else.

Negative five stars. I don’t know if all the people who work there are trash, but definitely at least two of them are. I ordered using the app and showed up on time. Sat there waiting for ten minutes behind a lady who couldn’t figure out the name her order was under or how to pull up her order on the app. The tall guy behind the counter helping her couldn’t figure out how to help her either but kept trying while I waited the whole time. There were 2 or 3 people in back and he didn’t call anyone up to help a waiting customer. A guy walks in behind me and then a woman comes up front. I’m clearly next in line but she looks directly at the guy behind me and asks if anyone is picking up. I say “I’m here for picking up” while she blatantly ignores me and looks at the guy standing behind me and when he says he is there for “pick up” she asks his name and then searches the warming box for his order. After he gets his food and turns to leave a woman walks in and this female employee then asks her if she is there for pick up. I haven’t said a word up until this point and then asked if I could get my pick up as well, to which she answered with an attitude asking what my name was. I deleted my Pizza Hut app and I am going to Dominos or Little Caesars from now on. People who work at this location should be banned from the food industry. This location looks very ratty btw.
