Won't return money after failing to make drink after I was told that all they had ....force to get remake that r equally poor ........and waiting for an 1/3 hour for them in an empty location ...
This dunking is always understaffed and out of stuff.I don't know why I keep going back.
I wish they could take orders correctly, Caramel hot coffee 3 sugar, 3 cream 3 caramel. Then shake to mix it. I hate everything on the bottom cup. This goes out to all D/D get it right.
Awful service always takes forever after charging you for food they don't have then arguing about the refund they still got the order
