Rally's - Lipscomb

Really good chilli dogs every time I over mine with mustard and onions there is a problem does rally have mustard? no one has been rude but my order is never correct no mustard. what is the problem?

Every single time I go here it's an issue. From them having an attitude to tonight there was a stated he did not have my order after I paid and he would not refund me or advise me on how to. I WILL be taking this further as all of these complaints go unnoticed. There's no way there's ton of people complaining about the workers attitudes and still they same type of attitudes and rudeness there . I will be contacting corporate until this is resolved

Hands down great service and Travis got me right hot and fresh food and great customer service I will most definitely be back thank u guys

Out of soft drinks, and ice cream. (How? Girl had an attitude in the drive-thru. Really bad experience, won’t be back. Saw several similar experiences from others in these Google reviews. Reported it on their website, maybe the franchise owner will do something about it finally or corporate will shut the place down.

I’ll never forget over the summer the bald feminine manager with glasses told me he would remember my face all because he gave me a rally burger with no lettuce and when I asked for a refund because I enjoy a fully dressed sandwich, he snatched the bag and said that. Lol and he still works there: I stopped by Friday, saw him in drive thru and took off: you don’t have to worry about me eating there anymore. Calling corporate did nothing. I felt like it was unnecessary but hey.
