Quesada Burritos Tacos - Lindsay

My burrito bowl was extremely watery and flavourless. I ordered it with sour cream, vegan sauce, and chipotle sauce, and they only put a tiny amount of vegan sauce on it, and didn’t put the sour cream or chipotle sauce on it. I’m on a restricted diet, so considering the only other ingredients I asked for were beef barbacoa, lettuce, and coleslaw, it was an absolute waste of money.Furthermore, whenever I used to order nachos from here, they tasted absolutely disgusting, as though the oil they fry them in is rancid or something. I’ve had other people try the nachos as well, and they hated them as well so we threw them out. I doubt I’ll return.

The food is very good but twice now the evening person who waited on me was borderline rude- same person. Felt extremely rushed, did not say hello, goodbye or thankyou and I was made to feel I was inconveniencing them. It makes me consider the other Mexican restaurant in town for my next meal.

My recent visit to this burrito joint was an experience that tested the very limits of my culinary patience. The burrito was a disaster, falling apart as soon as it touched my hand. It was burnt to a point of being practically unrecognizable, that could be mistaken for a brick salvaged from a house fire.The filling of this so-called burrito was scattered as though they were thrown in without a second thought. The balance in a burrito is key, but this principle seemed entirely unknown to the staff here. Speaking of the staff, their manners were appalling. They treated me with an apparent disdain that bordered on provocative, a sure-fire way to lose a customer.But the final insult came after I had left the establishment. The burrito, if you can call it that, led to such an intense bout of stomach pain, that I was forced to make an emergency stop at the roadside. The indignity was made worse by the fact that I had to resort to using the restaurant 's own napkins in this unfortunate situation.A severe lack of foresight in the preparation and the subsequent humiliation on the highway makes me unequivocally advise against this establishment.

I had a burrito here, and it was delicious. Thank you! As for parking, there's plenty available in the plaza.

The food was excellent, but the customer service was terrible. I will never return! It's disappointing that there was no apology or any kindness shown.
