Bidra med feedbackFrom the reviews I saw before going, I was very disappointed. Arrived around 8pm on a Friday night and they only had 3 meats left. I asked for the two meat plate with sliced brisket for both meats and was told I could not order that way. (I did not like the other two choices) So, I just ordered 1/2 pound of brisket. Most of the sides were gone too and the last of the beans looked like they had been out there for some time. The flavor of the meat was just average and not being fully stocked on a Friday night was surprising.
Wonderful barbeque joint! We were visiting East Texas and close to eat here. Simply put, I'm from the bigger city were Spring Creeks have reigned. This restaurant puts Spring Creek to shame. Keep up the great work!Vegetarian options: They have menu options for those with celiac.
I am from Tyler and found myself in Lindale today for work. I was hungry after and stopped here for food.The burger was the best burger I've ever had. It's made from ground brisket and was very good, but I'm only going to get a single next time cause the double was too much and I've never said that. The onion rings were good but not the best I've ever had. You can tell they're hand made though and the ranch with it was great. The Mac and cheese was disappointing. Oily and not a lot of flavor. I can tell everything else on the menu is probably incredible and I will be back to try other things.The place is huge as well, there were several church groups gathered there in private areas chatting. And there was a large stage for live music and dancing which I believe happens in the evenings. Really cool place.Also the girl was incredibly helpful and hospitable and made me feel welcome. I can't remember her name but she had tattoos and was really cool.
They prepare your for in front of you which can take a few minutes. That is why I did not give 5 stars for service. The brisket is so tender you can cut it with a plastic fork!! Turkey Breast was moist and tender!! You MUST Try This Place, You Won't Be Sorry!!
Wife and I arrived Friday evening May 12, 2023 around 7:30 PM. They were planning for a live concert in the music venue area, but there was plenty of seating to be found. When you first enter you walk through like a cafeteria style and order your food, receive it, and pay for it right there.Wife loved the ribs and I really enjoyed the BBQ. She described them as smoky with a light sweet flavor, and the brisket was very tender and melted in your mouth. The potato salad was a German style, which means it was warm and it was gooood. Full bar inside the music venue had everything from local beers to national beers and whiskey from all over.Our bill came to $31 that was a two meat plate with a side and a one meat plate with a side. Our two drinks came to $13.
