Starbucks - Lincoln

My four month pregnant wife and two year old was eating a breakfast sandwich and had this inside of it.. i’ve called and talked to the in-store manager yet to hear anything from Starbucks!!!Anessa and bayardo from corporate Starbucks was very rude and denouncing of the situation and I had a very condescending tone as if it was my fault and followed up with telling my wife to have a wonderful day, knowing it’s been horrible. Thanks to them.very unhappy at the moment will have lawyer reach out

Merry Christmas door closed for people who walk. Must use drive through cannot walk?!

I had to reorder my coffee because she made it wrong the drive thru line is non moving it took 30 mins and look at the sandwich they gave me. Every thing is in the middle. What a sad store this

This location is one of the worst I've ever visited. Over the past few years, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of customer service. It seems like they are rewarded for how few Venti or Trenta cups of water they provide; I feel fortunate if I even get a Grande ice water from the staff. I've often tried to avoid this store to sidestep the hassle with the employees. I decided to give them another chance the other day, but once again, I encountered more negative attitudes from the staff. When I asked for the District Manager, I was rudely directed to a business card taped to the wall. I left a message for the DM but still haven't received a response. I attempted to use the chat feature on the corporate website, but since my email isn't registered with their rewards system, I was disconnected after connecting with a live person (Nancy K). I then called customer service and spoke with an agent in Nicaragua. Yet again, another US company seems to be failing. While Starbucks does provide clean restrooms, everything else feels like a waste of time. I'll be skipping coffee unless I can find a Peet's.

I visit many Starbucks locations, and this one has been one of the best I've been to recently. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and knows the customers by name. Plus, the location is fantastic!
