Panda Express - Lincoln

The food was decent, but the staff didn't prioritize safety as they should have. I noticed a knife left in front of the register, and when an employee picked it up, they swung it around carelessly, nearly injuring another employee.

The egg rolls were incredibly fresh and delicious. The orange chicken is outstanding!

I ordered a bowl of chow mein, but I couldn't even fill it up because they were running low on ingredients. The staff didn’t want to replace it. To make matters worse, the cashier was on her phone while processing my payment. I won't be coming back.

Would give zero stars if possible. For a fast food chain and a place that makes everything ahead of time, be prepared to wait at least an hour just to get any food or even move through drive through. I understand places are short staffed, but not an excuse. This store is especially slow!

What kind of monster doesn't throw teriyaki sauce in with a bowl of teriyaki chicken and white rice? Not the first time...doubt it'll be the last...please do a bit better. Taste was good except for lack of sauce.
