One Love Brewery - Lincoln

OMG!! Thought I new REAL New England Clam chowder, (for lunch) but this was the BEST EVER. Then, we went back for dinner, another HIT OUT of the park the Maple-Blueberry Salmon grill ..the best..and we went back on Sunday nite for one more hit!! YES, the Lollipop lamb chops, the Lamb stew in the bread bowl and the Cheeseburger and fries..3 more top shelf dinners. The only suggestion I would suggest is to order the Lollipop sauce on the side. Our waiter MAX L. was the best he took such good care of us! GOLD STARS all the way! We have recommended it to others who go to LOON MT frequently.Vegetarian options: Fantastic looking salads and veggie plates.Parking: easy access to handicap from front of building. We walked from our hotel and came in the back. They is a ramp and a few steps which we handled easily.

I very rarely get to enjoy a place in my hometown for the first time, but this was a nice surprise. The food was good and the beer was excellent too. The Oktoberfest was really good as was the Chicken Schnitzel.

I've been here two times so far. Once last year where I was very unimpressed with the bland chicken waffles. This year I gave it another try. My boyfriend got fish chip which he liked. I was not a fan of the chicken schnitzel but I have a particular palette.When the server came to ask if everything was okay, I went to ask for ketchup (since we had an empty bottle on the table), but the server went to another table before I had a chance to open my mouth to answer. She did end up hearing but never brought the ketchup. Very unimpressed with the service and the food is mid.

Overall great experience. We sat on the deck with our dog and were even provided with a dog menu. Did not expect this to be a German lager brewery, but it was a pleasant surprise as both the Munich Dunkel and Vienna Lager were great. I got the Korean BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese which was flavorful and filling after a day of hiking (big portion had to box up ~half of it). My wife had the duck tacos and enjoyed them. To top it off, we had excellent service from Brian.

Fantastic spot! We checked in and was told a 40 min wait, it was 35 so they were right on the money. Alex the server stopped by and said he’d be right back. He had a bunch of dry jokes and had us laughing all night. He was right on top of drinks, the food came out quickly and was excellent. We can’t believe we haven’t eaten here in all the years of coming up to Lincoln! We will be back. As a bonus we were given 2 free beer cards on the way out for next time. See you in October!
