Bidra med feedbackI give Prezzo 5 for Celiac and foodintolerances. They gave me a gluten free menu, lots of choice, the food was delicious and labelled with a flag to avoid mix-up. I felt safe, included and had a good time. Thanks Prezzo! I will come back.
Tasty food but quite expensive for what it is, with no tiny side salad or anything included with any meals. I had lasagne and my boyfriend had a large pizza.
The food was great, the waitress very friendly and chatty, really enjoyed our experience. The sea bass was to die for crispy skin, meaty fish and the salad and veg included was well cooked and tasty. Hubby had the spicy carne calzone and really enjoyed it.
Myself and my husband came here for dinner. We had not booked but we did not have to wait long for a table even though it was a Saturday night and was very busy in there! The food was really good and the pizza oven being open is brilliant to watch. Our waitress Abi was lovely, she worked really hard, she was always cleaning tables or setting tables but always had time to come to us if we needed extra drinks or anything. She wasn’t intrusive like some can be. Abi is an asset to the Prezzo team and is a very hard worker! We will be returning. Great food and service!
First the good bits: food was excellent, service prompt and friendly and although I'm not a fan a unisex loos they were clean and well serviced (apart from the hand drier about as efficient as my Nan trying to blow out her birthday cake candles). Now the reasons why it only gets 2 stars. 1. On arrival we, and a lot of other people arriving, had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence and show us to our table. Surprising as the place was nowhere near full. 2. The place was cold. The fact that us and everyone around us were sat with their coats and scarves on should have been a cause for concern. The outside door was constantly left open and the closer hinge was obviously not working. Only once did a member of staff go out and close it. It was a cold and windy night and so not surprising the draught through the inner door was the cause. 3. We had asked for a view over Brayford when booking. What we got was a view of the smokers crowded around the door it was mainly them coming and going who left the outer door open! Why isn't there a proper smokers shelter for them so new arrivers and leavers don't have to walk through the haze? 4. The loos were almost impossible to get to. Tables on the route to the loos were so packed together that whichever way you went you had to disturb diners sat at them to squeeze past. All these problems are so easy to solve pity that managers haven't done so.
