Bidra med feedbackOrdnete the Mediterranean packaging and an algarrobina frappe. They were both delicious. What really surprised me was the great selection of raw vegan food! They also have numerous gluten-free selections. I also want to praise the employees. Not only are they very helpful and professional, but I was greeted with a real smile I loved! Can't wait to go back!
I am a little surprised to see negative comments, but all the experiences are different. I ate here twice and loved it. As a vegan, I naturally find restaurants with an extensive menu that I can choose from. However, I came here both times with a non-vegetarian who really liked it. I had veggie/quinoa and veggie/rice bowls (generated portions), with very fresh ingredients and beautiful sauces. The smoothies and juices were also really good. I'd eat here without hesitation.
I don't know much about vegan, but that was the extreme I kind of admire. It is a great challenge to come with the variety of recipes that prevent the use of any animal product. I ordered the Quinoa/Lentil Burger with avocado. Taste was good, but it was impossible to eat all together. It was like a big tower and where you couldn't hold it together. Starting with the bread is really thin and the burger brakes apart as trying to keep it. I have to eat it individually, after dressing for salads and tomatoes, the bottom left. I wasn't thrilled with the honey mustard dressing. The lemonade with mint didn't taste like mint at all and when I asked for a straw, they didn't give it to me because they were making the straw safe for drinks. It was an interesting experience, but I doubt that I will ever go back.
Un lugar de comida muy sana preparada con insumos naturales y de buena calidad. Lugar pequeño y acogedor. Recomendable
Ya a primera vista desde la calle es un local con una imagen moderna y decente. La decoración del interior es un poco más simple y creo que valdría la pena invertir en mejor calidad de sillas que lucen un aspecto demasiado barato y del mostrador principal que tiene un diseño anticuado y mal presentado. A pesar de estos detalles el ambiente tiene un toque cálido y acogedor. La atención es cordial y amable. La presentación de los platos es estética y creativa. La calidad de los ingredientes es buena de la misma manera como la combinación de sabores. Yo pedí las Tapas Portobello hechas de raw crackers de castaña, portobellos, cebollas caramelizadas, queso vegano de cashew y tomate. Tanto el sabor como la presentación del plato eran excelentes. Para tomar pedí Capuccino con leche de almendras. Para los que estamos acostumbrados a la leche clásica, la leche de almendras de todas maneras le da un sabor diferente al capuccino, pero vale la pena experimentar. El único punto negativo que yo encuentro es que a pesar de tener en exposición botellas de vino para comprar y llevar, el restaurante no ofrece ni vinos, ni ninguna otra bebida alcohólica. Pienso que especialmente los vinos serían un excelente acompañamiento de los platos que ofrece este local. El alcohol sigue siendo un tabú en el Perú porque mayormente se relaciona con su consumo excesivo, sin embargo existen varios estudios que resaltan los beneficios del consumo regular pero moderado del alcohol, principalmente en la prevención de enfermedades cardiovasculares. Por lo cual pienso que no estaría demás incluir vinos en la oferta de bebidas.
