Le Carré

While passing through Montreal, I went to Le Carré at the invitation of a friend knowing that I was embarking on a real culinary experience. Everything there was exquisite, starting with the Halloumi starter and the grilled squid. The Wagyu burger was perfectly enhanced by the smoked mustard. The tuna tartare was deliciously spicy and what can we say about the fried chips that accompanied it all. The ponzu sauce combined everything perfectly.Unfortunately I didn't have time to eat dessert, but the ones I had the opportunity to see looked delicious!The Le Carré mojito was as surprising as it was exceptional! To try!

For our Valentine's dinner, we chose this restaurant, and while the experience was decent overall, it didn't quite reach the level of exceptional. The food, including pasta, salad, and wagyu carpaccio, was satisfactory, but none stood out as truly exceptional. You won't be disappointed, but you won't be wowed either. However, considering the reasonable prices for the quality of food served, it's still worth a visit.

A great restaurant! The service was extraordinary and the staff very kind. We spent a lovely evening, enjoying our drinks and food! Would definitely recommend!
