There was a missing item and the service was completely aweful, we never got close from a refund and the employee was really not professional.Food was alright, the poutine was probably the worst I had.Great atmosphere when you go there but would not recommend this restaurant by any means.

Disappointed of the standards of this chain restaurant. We were 6 on a Saturday evening. We' were looking for drinks and desserts. It took quite some time to get served. Luckily we kept busy watching the different games on their screens. Unfortunately they were out of ice-cream for their desserts, no decaf coffee. Coffee machine was down. Out of one type of beer. We weren't surprised that they were half empty.

Empty tables, yet couldn't accommodate a party of 9 for drinks.Worse, we were offered to split up into 2 tables far away from each other.

I searched prior to my arrival here in Montreal, looking for possible places to eat and saw this on Google Maps and it was nearby my hotel. Arrived and was seated right away but then waited and waited and waited for someone to come introduce themselves and take my order. Once served, it was a great experience.

I went there last week to meet a business contact for a quick follow up on a deal we were working on , I sat at the bar the bartender was clueless , we ordered 2 drinks a club soda and a glass of white wine ,, she brought the white wine I had to wait 20 minutes for my club soda and reminder her , when the bill came it was 11.50 I gave her a 20 dollar bill she had the nerve to ask me how much change I wanted back like seriously you just bring the correct change and allow the customer to decide how much tip to leave ! I found it insulting and repulsive to ask that and even to expect a tip to begin with when she did not even provide proper service and how difficult is it to bring a club soda when she brought the wine . i wont go back there .
