Speedway - Lilburn

These people are too stupid to run a gas station. don't waste your time coming. Go somewhere else inside is dirty, unorganized and incompetent employees. Poorly managed this gas station is an insult to speedway or 7-Eleven

Speedway 5604 Lawrenceville Hway 30047 Tonight I went in to buy a tobacco product and was charged the for the item $12. The clerk who I'm not at all mad at because he acknowledged his mistake and felt bad he cannot correct it. He had accidentally handed me the wrong item (njoy cartridge). When I brought it to his attention he was going to exchange the item for the correct one. The manager stepped in and said under no circumstance can they exchange or refund tobacco products. We both said it was his fault that he handed me the wrong one she said it does not matter I just have to deal with it. So basically everyone was saying hey we messed up but you have to pay for it and that's just how it is. So I ended up leaving with no product minus- $12. Not only have they lost my business but this in some way seems illegal. I will be checking into that more. It's not the $12 that makes a difference it's the way it was handled. 7/11/21 10:30pm.

Customer service is poor. I usually just get gas and go.

The food from the little restaurant is really good, especially the pizza. You definitely want to sign up for a Speedy Rewards card (it 's free). You get a bunch of discounts with it, free stuff too. The women 's bathroom is always in good shape. They have a great selection a snacks, candy, and cold drinks! The only drawback I 've found is their lottery system and self serve machine are often down. So, if the self serve machine fouls up, you can 't get a refund from the cashiers unless the manager is there, or so they say. If you 're not planning on playing the lotto, it 's a great place to stop.

Saturday night 11:30 October 12. There is a female manager on duty there. Just as useless as a wet cigarette butt. I 'm trying to add money to my daughters PayPal account. Clearly PayPal allows you to deposit cash via Speedway . She claims it won 't work. Her computer says it won 't read card number blah blah blah . B you are lying you lazy piece of s First of all, I didn 't give you a card, it was an app-generated barcode. This skank is so LAZY. Just her attitude shows she was lying and didn 't wanna help. I hate people like this and SPEEDWAY she 's bad for yalls business because you lost 2 customers tonight.
