This petite shop offers a decent selection of vegan grab-and-go options, as well as specialty items and locally grown produce. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I visit this place every week as it is one of my favorite spots. Even in 2023, it continues to be a regular stop for me to pick up vegan food on the go. The fresh coconut water available here is absolutely delicious.

This health food store may be small and not designed as a deli or restaurant, but during our visit, they had a limited variety of vegetarian and vegan pre-made sandwiches available in the cooler for $6 each. It's a convenient option for a quick lunch if you happen to be in the Kauai area.

Small store with fair amount of vegan on the running options. also has special items and fresh island products. very friendly and competent staff! I'll buy one of my places here a week.

This is a small health food shop and is not set up as a deli/restaurant, but if we were there, they had a small selection of vegetarian and vegan prefabricated sandwiches in a cooler for $6 everyone who is beautiful when they want to have a quick lunch and are in this area of kauai.
