The Darlington Inn - Ligonier Township

I've bought their Haluski and their Sztrapacska while they were at the Ligonier Country Market. Both were absolutely delicious!

Went for the Saturday night buffet with my family on our way to Jennerstown speedway. We made google reservations a few days ahead of time. I'm blown away by the authenticity of the food, friendly nature of the staff and other guests, and the quaint nature of this family establishment. Haluski, stuffed cabbage, meatballs, pierogi, and so much more. And the homemade soup with bread as soon as we sat down, no questions asked, here is your soup! Even my kids ate every bite of that wonderful homemade broth. Just awesome all around. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience with my family. You guys have something unique and enjoyable. We will be back with more friends and family. Parking: 20 plus parking spots across the road from the diner Kid-friendliness: Everyone was presented with the same soup and could pick what they wanted from a small buffet. My kids tried the pork and some meatballs, had a salad, and enjoyed a dessert. And they ate all the chicken and vegetable soup, because it was amazing. Nothing special for the kids, but treated them equal to everyone else. They loved the fancyness of the establishment and even practiced their manners! My kids are 10 and 14.

Elizabeth is the best cook ever!! Taking friends this Saturday night for their first trip there. Buffet is the best for new diners to try everything.
