Taverna Vasilis - Ligaria

We came here without knowing anything about the restaurant. Luckily it was the first day they opened up. Not only that it's perfectly located it is also very nicely decorated with lots of details. We ate a shrimp pizza which was one of the best , if not the best we've ever eaten. But it doesn't stop there, the grandfather opened up the restaurant in 1982 and by now it's in the third generation. Lots of the things , like the olive oil, are self-made. Attached to the beautiful terrace is the beach with a marvellous view. It expands your expectations in every way, not only that the food is awesome, right after we got a dessert which was so good it almost made us cry . We recommend it in every possible way. At last I'd like to say the service is absolutely first class.

The dinner at this place was unusual experience because of the mixture of high quality regional food (best olive oil I have ever tasted! cosy atmosphere. I can also recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves people with passion as are the owners of Vasilis. To sum up, from the bottom of my heart: dziękuję !

Such a lovely family run taverna. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The food and drink selection is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Agia Pelagia.

Beautiful family restaurant and the guys are fantastic! The restaurant has a beautiful view and food is delicious!!! I went 3 times in a week and will definitely recommend this place! Service is excellent and the food is always fresh and yummy.
