In der Nähe von Liezen hatte ich zu tun. Auf Happycow wurde das Felian empfohlen. Ein sehr zu empfehlendes SB-Restaurant. Für mich ist es klar, dass in einer Stadt mit 8.000 Einwohnern kein rein veganes Restaurant existieren kann. Der liebevolle Besitzer hat deshalb drei Kategorien: Klassisch, vegetarisch, vegan. Das ziemlich große Salatbuffet ist für alle gleich. An der heißen Theke erhält man dann das Hauptgericht seiner Wahl. Ich hatte das Mittagsmenü (Gemüse mit Reis) mit einem suppentellergroßen Salat für unter 10,00 Euro. Da war finanziell noch Platz für einen leckeren veganen Schoko- oder Nusskuchen. Man merkt, dass der Besitzer sein Handwerk versteht und gerne mit Menschen zu tun hat. Der Menüplan ist übrigens im Internet abrufbar. Leider kann ich nur 4 Sterne vergeben, da das Restaurant nicht rein vegan ist.

I almost had to borrow. at happycow the felian was given. a highly recommended sb restaurant. for me it is clear that in an 8,000 inhabitants city there is no pure vegan restaurant. the loving owner therefore has three categories: classic, vegetarian, vegan. the very large salat buffet is the same for all. at the hot theke they receive the main court of his choice. I had the lunch menu (nozzle with rice) with a soup plate salad for under 10,00 euro. there was still financial air for a delicious vegan chocolate or nuts. they realize that the owner understands his craft and likes to do with people. the menu plan is available in the internet. I can only forgive 4 stars because the restaurant is not purely vegan.
