Auberge Aux Deux Clefs - Lièpvre

Stayed here one night before starting our trekking around hills of Vosges. The hotel is very unique, maybe a little dated for some. However we found it quaint, very clean and well kept. The attentive staff were very pleasant. The piece de resistance of this place though really is the owners cooking. Her homemade (traditional Alsace) food was mouthwatering. We later stayed at a hotel with a michelin star restaurant and the food at Auberge Des Deux Clefs was on par with the food at this restaurant. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel or at least enjoying lunch/dinner one day if possible.

A wonderful place hidden in the hills far from the main tourist places. Delicious local food. Like ať the grandother's.

Everything we tried was local Alsacian food and was excellent, the owner/chef is very friendly and makes amazing food. We'll come again.

Excellent food at reasonable prices. Specialties are the regional dishes. The owner is always present to make sure everything goes perfectly. The Auberge also includes a hotel which is clean, offers free wireless, and is off the well beaten touristy areas. If you want a...real taste of Alsace as it was, come here!
