Federico's Cafe - Libertad

I would have rated the Priscilla veggie salad at this restaurant a 4, as it was very good. However, my experience was tainted by the sight of a rat inside the dining area tonight.

I wouldn't have discovered this hidden gem if it weren't for the previous review. I ordered the lime-baked dory fish and it was delicious. It was served with rice and salad topped with a sweet mango dressing. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Priscilla is a bed and breakfast guest house, but they are known for their cafe, the federico cafe. they serve the best garden salad in the city butuan, and their baby ribs anded tadyang is one must try. best to finish a trip through...spending dinner in federico cafe

Been around the phil, this place has the best garden salad by far. fresh and simple delish! other foods were also amazing. the place is cozy and comfortable.
