This place was busy for a food truck. There were many parking spaces and we had no difficulty finding the place. However, we had a little difficulty reading parts of the menu, as the prices were written on blue ribbon in black ink. We understand that there is sometimes a need to change prices, but this could be presented with better contrasting colors. There were also parts of the menu like the meat options listed only in Spanish, but the waiting staff was super nice and helpful by the process of ordering and explaining what is all on their menu items. We ordered the Nachos Supreme with beef for meat and three tacos (2 beef, 1 chicken). The Nachos Supreme came with salad, pico, nacho cheese, sour cream, beans and jalapeños. We wanted to leave the Jalapeños. We found the nachos to a good portion and were happy when we found out that the beans were not cheap roasted bean paste. The toppings on the nachos were also spread well so that each tortilla chip had something to cover. The beef sauces came with salad and onions. The chicken taco came with salad, pico and sour cream. The tacos were a soft shell tortilla (3-4 inch size), not a hard shell. A unique thing about the Tacos was that the tortillas were doubled, so they had a lot of support when they eat them. The meat on both dishes was also very tasteful and clean tasting, not with much oil or fat. Both dishes were also tasteful; but the nachos were our favorites. We also got a lime wedge on the side for the tacos and 2 different sauces (a green sauce and a red sauce). We tried eagerly every salsa and to our surprise the red sauce was very hot, so for your reference green is mild and red is hot. Try the red with caution or milk nearby. Speaking of the proximity, since this was a food truck it wasn't somewhere to sit and eat outside. Don't expect picnic tables. You must either eat in your car or take it somewhere else, we landed on a nearby park. This truck had great taste with amazing value and we would definitely eat here again and recommend it for friends and family.

Food is always good and fast service. Fun that they are not from tripa tacos. You were the best in town!

The service can be a bit slow when it comes to taking your order, but if you're fortunate, the food comes out quickly once you've ordered.

Passed through on a road-trip. They are so nice and the food is incredible. Couldn't recommend more.

The food and service here are outstanding. The restaurant is tidy, and the dining atmosphere is enjoyable.
