If you are planning for a bigger meal go for all the fish and meat dishes, everything is very fresh and traditional. The staff is amazing and the bar area reminds you of older times
I went there with a Spanish friend on a Saturday evening without a reservation which was a mistake but the owner was very kind and we were able to get a table outside, and thank goodness we did because it was excellent. The tapas selection was extensive and the ones we chose were very simply cooked and full of flavours. For our mains we shared a barbecued hake which was just that, but very lightly done and served in an oil and delicious. No accompaniments and it didn’t need it, and it would have been too much for me so good to share it. Then the puddings, again a good selection and my cheesecake, which I wouldn’t normally have was simply divine and so moist and flavoursome. I think it was the best I’ve had. With welcoming staff and a good atmosphere it was a superb evening

No conocíamos este restaurante y acudimos recomendados por un amigo. ¡Qué sorpresa! La comida ha sido excelente. Destacaron especialmente las croquetas de bacalao y el rape. Las croquetas tenían un sabor suave y una textura cremosa. El rape era de lo mejor que hemos probado en la provincia. La ración era muy generosa y tenía un sabor inigualable. También comimos unos calamares rebozados que estaban buenos, un chuletón a la altura de los mejores que hemos probado. Pedimos varias raciones de chuletillas y además de estar deliciosas, la ración era muy grande (lo cual no es algo malo). Por último, los postres, cuajada, pantxineta y tarta de queso, también resultaron ser un acierto. Y todo esto por un precio muy contenido. Salimos a 40€ por persona, bebiendo sidra y agua. En resumen, volveremos con total seguridad.
Un lugar que siempre frecuentamos los fines de semana para el vermut. Sus croquetas de jamón son un clásico. En esta ocasión fuimos a comer un grupo de amigos y salimos encantados. Buenos productos, de calidad y a buen precio. El rodaballo a la parrilla estaba delicioso. ¡Está claro que volveremos más veces y pronto!
