I wish I would have got her name, but I didn’t. Jordyn is what the receipt say, but she was the first woman that was ringing me up. Customer service is terrible! Chuck e Cheese system is obviously messed up! I paid for my items and I guess she’s a manger (she had on a different shirt) she wanted me to pay an extra 43 dollars after on my end it say paid. She explained a 10 percent discount that the register gives on top of me speaking of the winning Wednesday! So the computer basically didn't calculate something right I’m assuming. Which isn’t my fault! I get all that but it say I paid and it’s not fault what your system do! She already knew of the issues and obviously didn’t notify her workers and I was suppose to pay for it! I don’t think so! Unprofessional! Employees need better training!! Or fix your system!
