Bidra med feedbackI regret not getting her name, but the receipt says Jordyn. She was the first woman to assist me at the register. Unfortunately, the customer service was quite disappointing! The Chuck E. Cheese system seems to be malfunctioning. I paid for my items, but apparently, she was a manager (since she wore a different shirt) and insisted that I pay an additional $43, even though my receipt clearly indicated that I had already paid. She explained that the register applies a 10% discount in addition to the "Winning Wednesday" promotion I was referring to. This suggests that there was a miscalculation on the computer's part, which is out of my control. I understand that mistakes happen, but the receipt stated I had paid, and it's not my fault if your system is faulty! She seemed aware of the problems but hadn’t informed her staff, expecting me to cover the extra charge. Absolutely not! This is unprofessional! Employees need better training, or the system needs fixing!
It was a pleasant experience overall. However, they really need to hire more staff. The wait at the counters for redeeming tickets and placing food orders was quite slow.
