Mcdonald's - Lexington

Ron was great, on top of his game. We had just left the McDonald's closest to Flight Deck because the guy there was extremely rude, and tried this one, by the interstate. Ron was extremely pleasant, quick, and helpful.

Confusion. I got the wrong burger when we came home. Rude black lady works the window. The smart black guy took money, but... he was nice. The food was hot.

Food was good...customer service was ok...may definitely say the drive-dru member who took my order didn't want to be there...that's a shame...all she had to do was a smile on her face and a bit more...

Ordered a special order quarter pounder. No pickles or onions, but lettuce and tomato. Got exactly what i didnt want but paid extra for... Have a doctors appt and don't have time to go back and complain.

Waited 18 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food. All I ordered was a simple happy meal. Received wrong sauce, girl at window not very friendly. Only positive was food was hot, should have been after that wait
