Chuck E. Cheese - Lexington

Over the years I have brought several young family members to different Chuck E. cheeses, and I am glad to share that we have always had really good experiences. Recently I took my two young nieces and a nephew to this Chuck E. cheese location, and was so impressed by the customer service that I felt compelled to share how incredibly nice and friendly every employee we met was/is in this facility. While we were happy there to meet George, the General Manager, and, as I observed his interactions with other guests and employees, I came to realize that his professionalism and kindness set such a positive example and high standard for his employees, that our time there from a really beautiful experience to an absolutely fantastic experience! A family would be hard pressed to find a safer, cleaner environment than this place to take their little ones lived to for a trip, but they will be so much more than that because the children are treated like the little princesses and princesses they are by George and his wonderful staff!!!!

Great experience for my sons 3rd birthday. The employee's there were extremely pleasant. The manager on duty, she was super nice to us as well as to the rest of the family. We were kinda sad that they did away with the ball pits ect. But the whole experience made up for it.

So I stopped for a short visit, because I wanted the pizza and my kids were with me. I?m pregnant and was having a craving. My six year old was eating pizza when I noticed this on her slice of pizza we?re the bread is. I was very upset couldn?t imagine if my daughter would of eaten it. It?s some kind of plastic piece with numbers on it, you can clearly see it was cooked into the bread somehow. I went to the front and asked for my money back for that specific pizza because to be fair we did eat the other pizza and wings. The lady in the front was nice and apologized to me for it and offered many things including my money back. But all I wanted was my money back for that pizza. She gave me a full refund and, I get that things happen but maybe the people cutting the pizza should take a few minutes more to just take a quick glance when cutting the pizza before handing it out. This thing was not a normal peace of plastic I could even bend it almost like cartilage. Scary thing but over all I look this place and so do my kids I will keep coming here. I?ll just check all the food next time. Good job to the lady that helped me! She understood the assignment.

The staff there was amazing (3/11/22 closing crew). They were super busy, and every one of them were nothing but helpful and courteous. They still had a smile for you. I'd had a stressful day, and they really made a difference. Made mine and my boy's night. Thank you! It's people like you who make a business thrive. The pizza was also delicious.

Had my six year olds birthday party there and the staff was AMAZING! My son and his friends had an absolute ball, and it was because of them. The stand out staff member is named Precious, and she is phenomenal. These people work HARD, and I'm sure the parents can be difficult and entitled at times but the staff is kind and patient.
