Bidra med feedbackThe pizza has never been amazing, but now it's $58 for a pizza and drinks, and that doesn't even include the game card. It seems they want you to spend $150 on pizza and playtime before you get anything worthwhile. When I inquired about the high prices, the staff member said it was to keep the doors open. I told her that approach is unlikely to be sustainable. This place used to be bustling with families; now it feels like they're just trying to squeeze money out of parents to keep their business afloat. I'm truly disappointed. It doesn't feel like a family-oriented establishment anymore. The pizza itself was worse than usual—it was so stale that my daughter chipped her tooth on it. It was not just a waste of $60, but also a very unpleasant experience. Additionally, the staff was quite unfriendly; when I sought help regarding my card, they rudely told me to move along. We even encountered unsanitary conditions: one stall had blood in it and another had feces—truly ridiculous. The only friendly individuals we encountered were the guy who greeted us at the entrance and a manager at the exit. They have really gone downhill. Sadly, I don’t think we'll be returning, which is upsetting because this was something we always enjoyed as a family. It seems like Dave & Buster’s might be getting my family's business from now on.
We absolutely loved it there! My grandkids had a fantastic time. It wasn't too expensive to host a birthday party, and there were plenty of activities for the children.
My son and I had a fantastic time for a few hours! I really appreciate that they don’t charge for each individual game; instead, they offer an affordable “play time” that gives you access to all the games. The pizza with the crispy crust was delicious, and the place was clean! Plus, all the video games were in working order. It’s a great and budget-friendly spot to enjoy some gaming!
The first time to eat here. with my mother and nephew. we ordered a personal pizza with drinks and I also got an salad and it cost a total of $56. the salate was not fresh. it was good to try once, but probably not back. too expensive. I had not expected. in any case not as they see on the adverts.
Organized chaos is the perfect way to describe this. The table was set up.. one person greeted us but didn 't show back up for a while. Finally came back and took pizza and drink orders. No cups. No plates. Had to ask. The floor was sticky. The bathrooms were terrible.. there wasnt any toilet paper or paper towels and the floors again were sticky. Once you use your game card.. 2 hours starts and that 's before you do cake, pizza, time with Chuck E Cheese.. so if you start and then stop to do the actual birthday.. you lose time. Chuck E. Cheese finally comes out.. but if you have other birthdays it 's not very personal. So your waiting in line. Chuck E. Cheese and the other employees will do a dance.. but there is little to no enthusiasm. One girl was even frowning pretty hard. We finish and leave.. nobody asked me for payment. I made the reservation a month in advance and granted maybe I should have remembered but with all the kids I really did forget. So I immediately called them and couldn 't get through.. I called several times.. never could get through. Finally got a hold of them.. and they told me they were going to call me. I apologized and told them I wanted to pay. They do not accept payment over the phone or online.. and I live 40 minutes away.. so I have to go back to pay.. or they will file a police report which is fine.. I get it. My intentions were absolutely not ominous or deceitful. It would just be easier if I could have taken care of it over the phone or online.. but because of corporate I could not. I was told because of corporate a few times. All in all.. it wasn 't the best experience.. especially for what you pay.. which was nearly $300.. not worth the money.. I wouldn 't recommend..
