Arby's - Lexington

The management needs to hire new employees or bring in a manager who can hold them accountable. I live nearby and have noticed that the staff working in the evenings have been inconsistent. They have gone from Zaxby's to Zakkong and now to this restaurant, and wherever they go, I have had a bad experience. They consistently get orders wrong and provide terrible customer service with no respect and disregard for time. Overall, they are not upholding the standards expected in a dining establishment.

The actual food is good, only very clear when ordering. Drive through is on the slow side. Edit: Has been contacted by someone and we talked about it. Regarding Arby's restaurants in general this has good food, I was initially upset about the waiting period, but it was a unique circumstance. I appreciate Arbys and the speed they tried to solve this with me.

My husband and I stopped at the 5 for 10 Brat sandwich shop last night during our road trip. Unfortunately, after we left and I took a bite of my sandwich, I quickly realized the meat was spoiled. I checked the other sandwiches and they all had dried, spoiled meat on them. It seemed like the meat had been sitting out all day. We called the store immediately and asked for a refund. Although the staff initially gave us a hard time, they eventually agreed to refund the $10.70 back to our debit card. However, the refund did not go through the next day as promised. When we returned to the restaurant, the manager suggested waiting a few more days for the refund to appear. We were disappointed that we were served spoiled sandwiches and had such a difficult time getting our money back.

Great food and experience. Britney working the drive thru is amazing. She deserves a raise. I am a regular, and she remembers exactly how I want my order.

Got the new prime rib sandwich they are advertising with roasted red bell peppers and onions... It was cold the peppers the meat there was no melty cheese as showed in the picture just some hard grated cheese thrown on the top. The bun was hard, and the frankly the sandwich was mostly just bread. The ladies working in there were nice enough. The way my husband put it there was no love put in to those sandwiches.
