Arby's - Lexington

Repeated order to us correctly and still wrong in the bag (drive thru).

We went and got Arby's for dinner tonight and all of the employees were on top of everything and quick. Food was great.

I love Arbys especially the one on Augusta Road in Lexington! Friendly helpful staff. We can't get enough of their turkey sandwiches...sooo good.

2444 Augusta Hwy Lexington, SC location is now horrible! Ordered Swiss Turkey Sandwich with no mayo in drive through; got home to find Jalapeno Wrap. 2 orders of sweet fries completely overdone. Drive all the way back and go in; give them another chance which I noted at register--no offer to refund from earlier. Watch preparer proceed to put mayo on bread...which I brought to his attention loudly. Manager tells me not on order--I have receipt with no mayo. Remind them of fries....get order....fries completely refried once again. Asked them to refund; told me they would have to get manager. Left order on counter and walked out. Basically $26 for one classic roast beef sandwich (only thing eatible) in time of 1 hr spent at location. Will not be back!!!!

Until today I used to go here fairly regularly, but after my experience last night and today I?ll never return. Order was wrong last night, thought I?d give them a chance again today but after waiting at the intercom to place my order for at least 3-5 minutes I?m done. I get a 30 minute lunch break don?t have time to wait because your short staffed or can?t coach your staff better.
