Waited almost twenty minutes in the car thru Line, while cashier sat and chat with another customer - after they drink their food and drink during the night shift. At least two cars were out of the car drive thru and left because we were all sick to wait. Your staff needs better management when they will completely ignore waiting customers.

I had the worst experience in this restaurant in a long time. Drive at 10:30 a.m. Ordered 2 burgers and a small frit and demanded that they be made fresh. I was advised that everything was made fresh. When I came home, the fries were cold and tasted like garbage. I had to throw them away. The burgers were just as disgusting. Tried called the restaurant 13 times and no one would pick up. I was wasted in 12.96. I tried to call today and not answer again. I would recommend staying away if you expect your food to eat.

Terrible. Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl with rice. I have a bowl of broccoli and carrots. Also cold frits had to return to hot frits and had to wait, even the bowls were only half full. Will never eat there again. We didn't get any quinces and couldn't get through by phone. Never!

My uncle and I came here for dessert. We both had the chocolate shake. We thought they were delicious. The service was okay and they were out of a couple on ingredients. We would come back again.

While I went at a time with less of a rush, the atmosphere was almost quiet and the place was a little dirty since the tables weren't clean and could have been wiped clean at least for incoming customers. The time I placed my order to the time it was prepared and received was definitely accommodating and I approve of it. The quality of the food was pretty good although it's not quite the same when the feature item the Texas Ranch style burger came out and left most customers wanting more. It still was ? and needed little reheating at home for the ?, ? and ?.
